Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate customer relationships and provide essential support.
  • Deliver prompt, friendly customer service, which may include handling calls, addressing inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
  • Cross-sell additional products that are appropriate for the customer.
  • Assist in payment processing, claims handling, document management, and provide crucial backup to our sales team.
  • Embrace an evolving role with opportunities for expanded responsibilities over time.
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • People-oriented and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • This is an in-office position. Remote working is not available.
  • Become Property & Casualty / Life Accident and Sickness Licensed (We will guide you!)
