Responsibilities:
- Cultivate customer relationships and provide essential support.
- Deliver prompt, friendly customer service, which may include handling calls, addressing inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
- Cross-sell additional products that are appropriate for the customer.
- Assist in payment processing, claims handling, document management, and provide crucial backup to our sales team.
- Embrace an evolving role with opportunities for expanded responsibilities over time.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- People-oriented and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- This is an in-office position. Remote working is not available.
- Become Property & Casualty / Life Accident and Sickness Licensed (We will guide you!)
